COURTNEY'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 boneless skinless breasts
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Boil chicken breasts until juices run clear. Drain and cool.

Meanwhile, prepare Stove Top stuffing according to box directions (using the more moist recipe). Set aside.

Combine sour cream and soup together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken that has been torn apart into bite-size pieces. Pour into an 8 x 8 pan. Place stuffing on top of chicken mixture and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until bubbly. Serve warm.
