POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Boil chicken and shred. Mix chicken, sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Mix together and add poppy seeds. Mix. Crush crackers and pour over chicken mixture in a casserole dish. Melt butter and pour over crackers.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
