BUSY DAY CHICKEN | |
Frying size chicken, cut up 2 c. raw rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 soup cans water 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup Grease large casserole. Put rice in bottom of dish. Place cut up chicken (skin side up) over rice, salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours in a covered casserole. |
