BUSY DAY CASSEROLE | |
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. chopped onion 1 or 2 cans corn 1 lg pkg. frozen hash browns 1 can mushroom pieces 2 cans cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery) 1 soup can milk Spray 9"x13" pan with Pam. Put beef in bottom. Then add onions, vegetable, mushrooms and hash browns. Thin soup with 1 can of milk and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. 6 servings. |
