CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1-2 lbs. hamburger
1-2 lg. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 brick sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream style corn
6-12 lg. jalapeno peppers or more if you like it really hot
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread

Brown hamburger, onions and green peppers. Drain. In large mixing bowl add hamburger mixture, cheese, hot peppers and corn; mix together.

Mix cornbread according to directions on box.

Spread half cornbread mix on bottom of greased dish. Spread hamburger mixture on top. Spread other half mix on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cornbread is brown.
