CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole corn
1 can creamed corn
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Mix corns, cornbread mix, eggs, and jalapeno pepper. Add sauteed mixture and pour in dish. Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
