CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) can cream corn
1 (12 oz.) can nibblet corn
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion, diced
1/4 c. bell pepper, diced
Sm. can diced green chiles
3 eggs
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

In microwave cook butter, onions, and pepper until tender. In large bowl mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Yield 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
