TURTLE CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
14 oz. pkg. vanilla caramels
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped pecans

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour 1/2 of the batter in a 10 x 14 inch baking pan which has been greased and floured.
