APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples, peeled or unpeeled (about 4 medium)
3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. quick-cooking or regular oats
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened

Spread apples in greased 8-inch square pan. Mix remaining ingredients with fork and sprinkle over apples.

Bake at 375°F about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
