CRANBERRY CREAM SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box cherry flavored Jello
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. dairy sour cream

Dissolve Jello and sugar in 1 cup boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and chill until thickened, not firm. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate until firm. Serve on lettuce greens. Serves 6.
