CRANBERRY TURKEY BREASTS 
2 boneless, skinless turkey breast tenders (6 to 7 oz. each)
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. crushed garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 c. butter, melted
1 c. prepared cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur or orange juice
1 tbsp. orange zest

Heat grill until coals are gray. Meanwhile, mix together 1/2 cup orange juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate turkey tenders in orange juice mixture while waiting for coals.

In saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce and Grand Marnier or orange juice. Stir until heated through. Add orange zest and stir to blend.

Grill turkey breasts slowly, basting alternately with melted butter and marinade, until juices run clear and turkey is cooked through.

To serve, spoon small pool of cranberry sauce on plate, place turkey tender in middle and spoon additional sauce over top. Makes two servings.
