LINCOLN LOGS 
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

WHITE SAUCE:

1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. cream

Mix chicken, bread crumbs, walnuts, celery, onion, salt and paprika. Moisten with sauce. Form mixture into logs 3" long. Roll in bread crumbs and fry in oil. Drain and serve with white sauce.
