CLAM CHEESE LOG 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
2 (7 1/2 oz. each) cans minced clams
1/3 c. finely crushed crackers
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts

In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with next 5 ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add pimentos, clams and cracker crumbs. Mix well. Shape into a log about 8 inches long. Roll in walnuts. Chill until firm. Serve with assorted crackers.
