1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour (all purpose)
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Grease 10 x 15 1/2 inch cookie sheet, place wax paper on pan, grease wax paper. Mix above ingredients (except nuts). Pour into prepared cookie sheet. Sprinkle nuts on top of batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Turn onto sugared towel (remove wax paper) immediately. Roll like jelly roll in towel. Leave 1 hour. Unroll and spread with filling. Roll back up and refrigerate.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix with beater.
