CHEESE AND WINE LOG | |
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. softened butter 1/4 c. dry red wine 2 tsp. horseradish 1 c. chopped walnuts In mixer bowl combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, butter, wine and horseradish. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Cover and chill on waxed paper. Shape into two logs or balls. Roll in chopped nuts. |
