CHICKEN IN WINE WITH CHEESE 
4 boned chicken breasts
3 beaten eggs
Italian flavored bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. grated Muenster cheese
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. white wine

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Marinate in eggs 2 hours. Remove chicken from eggs and coat with bread crumbs. Saute in butter until light brown.

Layer in 13x9 pan, mushrooms and cheese on top. Stir broth and wine together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with wild rice.
