WINE & CHEESE HORS D'OEUVRES 
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 clove garlic (split)
1 c. dry white wine
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic bread sticks (sliced in 1 inch thick pieces)

Shred cheese and add to flour, in medium saucepan. Set aside. Rub the chafing dish bowl with the garlic. Add the wine to the cheese and flour mixture and place on stove, mixing slowly until it starts to bubble.

Pour carefully into prepared chafing bowl and serve hot. Serve with chunks of garlic bread. Serves 12.
