MACARONI GOULASH 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. water
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

In large skillet or Dutch oven, brown ground chuck, drain excess fat, continue frying until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
