CHICKEN WITH PEA POD CASSEROLE 
Precook single chicken breasts (1 per person). Cut up and place in bottom of 9x13 pan.

Mix together: 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1/2 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste

Stir in: 2 cans sliced water chestnuts 1 med. chopped onion 2 boxes frozen pea pods or 2 c. fresh

Pour over chicken in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle French fried onion rings or Parmesan cheese on top and bake 15 minutes more. Do not cover the casserole.
