PEA PODS 
1 lb. snow peas
3 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil

Wash pods, break off ends and remove string that runs along the spine. Sprinkle with soy sauce and saute quickly with green onions in butter or oil in wok or in fry pan, until tender-crisp. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
