CHICKEN AND PEA PODS 
2 whole Country Pride chicken breasts, boned, skinned, cut into strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. oil
1 2/3 c. water
1 (4.8 oz.) pea pods
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts

Stir fry chicken and garlic in oil. Stir in water, rice and sauce mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 6 minutes. Stir in pea pods and water chestnuts. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand 2 minutes. 4 servings.
