MILK CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 c. granulated sugar
3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, cut in sm. pieces
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
Dash of salt

Put sugar in blender; cover and blend about 1 minute at high speed. Add chocolate, evaporated milk, and salt; blend at high speed about 3 minutes, or until thick, using rubber spatula to scrape sides as necessary when blender is turned off. Frosts tops of two 8-inch layers. (If firmer frosting is desired, chill frosted cake.)
