HAWAIIAN CAKE 
1 bag graham cracker crumbs (13 oz.)
2 c. white sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
5 eggs
1 c. coconut
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Pour into 10 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Beat until smooth.
