HAWAIIAN CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. granulated sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Mix all dry ingredients together with sugar. Add pineapple, alternating with milk. Add vanilla, coconut, and nuts. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan (layer 1). Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

ICING: Save pineapple juice. Combine with 1 tablespoon butter and heat until dissolved. Add powdered sugar until spreading consistency.
