SALMON PIE 
2 lg. cans red salmon
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Grated cheese for topping
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. dill
4-5 med. potatoes

Mix salmon, eggs, onion, dill and bread crumbs together gently. Put mixture into lightly greased 9" pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil potatoes and mash according to your favorite method. Spread on top of baked salmon pie, top with grated cheese. Return to oven, bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
