SALMON RAREBIT PIE 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 c. cooked peas, drained
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. Bisquick

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix salmon, peas and green pepper; place in greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan. Blend together cheese and 1/2 cup milk; pour over salmon mixture.

Add mayonnaise and 1/3 cup milk to biscuit mix; mix with fork. Drop dough by spoonfuls on salmon mixture. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until browned. Yield: 6 servings.
