SALMON PIE 
2 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. size can salmon, cleaned & boned
4 tbsp. hot milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil together potatoes and onions. Mash, adding butter. Combine salmon with mashed potatoes. Add hot milk and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon onto bottom crust. Brush top crust with a little milk and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees until crust is brown, about 45 minutes.
