CHEDDAR BURGERS | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs 1/4 cup minced onion 3 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce 1/4 tsp. salt your choice of bun Combine first 6 ingredients. Form into 5 patties. Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness. Serve in sandwich bun, top with additional Heinz 57 sauce if desired. Submitted by: Judy Brannock |
