CRANBERRY SALAD SUPREME 
1 lb. cranberries
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. drained pineapple chunks
1 pt. heavy cream

Wash cranberries. Grind using coarse blade. Let stand overnight, then drain. Combine cranberries, marshmallows, pecans and pineapple chunks; chill. Before serving, whip cream and fold into fruit. Makes 12-16 servings.
