SPINACH QUICHE | |
9 inch pie crust, pricked and baked 8 minutes at 450 degrees 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1 1/4 c. light cream 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt Put half of spinach, half Swiss cheese and half of onion and repeat layers in crust. Combine remaining ingredients and ladle over. Shake a little. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees; reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and serve. |
