MUSHROOM QUICHE 
4 (4 oz.) cans of mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs
1/4 lb. grated Swiss
1 deep pie shell
Durkee onion rings

Line bottom of pie shell with Durkee onions. Combine rest of ingredients, pour into pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
