REVOLUNTIONARY FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 clove garlic

Rub garlic clove well into both sides of meat. Thoroughly mix balance of ingredients and pour over meat in 9 x 13 Pyrex. Allow to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature, turning occasionally. Use marinade as a basting sauce while broiling or barbecuing steak. Cook 5 minutes on each side. Cut diagonally in thin slices across grain.
