MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil

Combine oil and seasonings in shallow glass pan. Brush both sides of steak with above. Score. Marinate several hours or overnight. Grill. Slice very thin diagonally.
