BARBECUED FLANK STEAK 
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. salad oil (olive oil or salad oil)
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. minced onion
Flank steak

Mix together in jar, shake well. Pour over steak and marinate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Barbecue 5 to 9 minutes a side for medium rare. Cut on diagonal in thin slices.
