BARBECUE FLANK STEAK | |
3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. honey 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 tsp. ground ginger 1 green onion, chopped 1 lg. garlic clove, crushed 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed Combine first 7 ingredients. Place steak in large baking dish and pour marinade over steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning twice. Prepare barbecue - grill steak desired doneness 4-5 minutes per side for rare. Slice into thin strips across grain. |
