CRANBERRY RING SALAD 
3 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 Red Delicious (do not peel) apple, diced into sm. pieces
2 oranges, peeled, sectioned & diced

Pour boiling water into a large bowl and add the gelatin, stirring until it is dissolved. Add the cranberry sauce, cloves, cinnamon and orange rind. Stir until blended and chill until slightly firm. Fold in the apple and orange pieces. Pour into slightly oiled 6 cup ring mold. Chill. Serves 10-12.
