POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag Ore Ida hash browns, seasoned
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 pt. lite sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar
Salt & pepper

Mix all together in a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Add butter and seasoned bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, cover with foil.
