SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. can sweet peas, drained
2 lg. cans creamed corn
6 c. prepared mashed potatoes, not instant
2 tbsp. melted butter

Spread ground chuck into bottom of large baking dish. Place chopped onion on top. Sprinkle on peas, then creamed corn. Top with mashed potatoes and spread out evenly. Sprinkle with melted butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
