SHEPHERD'S PIE 
Ground sirloin steak
Chopped onion
Diced carrots
Fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Peas or French beans
Potatoes
Cheese
Tomatoes
Stock bouillon cube
Freshly chopped basil

Fry ground steak or a little olive oil with seasoning and chopped basil. Add vegetables (carrots and peas, beans, onion) a little water, and bouillon cube. Cook until tender, 10-15 minutes. Boil potatoes well, in order to mash.

Place meat and vegetables into an oven-proof glass dish, cover with mashed potatoes. Add a little butter and garlic salt. Grate cheese (any kind) and top over potatoes. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with wedges of tomato, fresh parsley. A delicious and nutritional meal for all.
