6-8 med. potatoes 2 lbs. ground beef 1 can corn (drained) 1 can green beans (drained) 1 pkg. brown gravy mix 1 sm. onion sauteed Butter Grated cheese Cream potatoes, brown ground beef. Saute onions and add to drained browned beef. Follow directions on package of gravy mix and prepare. Drain vegetables, pat with butter, season with salt and pepper. Add meat and onions, pour gravy over this. Spread potatoes and top with grated cheese. Bake in oven until cheese has melted. 350 degrees. Serve with cornbread. |
