SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can tomato soup
1 env. plain gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayo
3/4 c. chopped red onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans baby shrimp, drained

Heat soup (do not add water) and gelatin. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in cream cheese (use beaters). Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 5 cup mold. Set overnight in mold. NOTE: To assist the de-mold process, place mold in basin of warm water. Cover open area of mold with a plate. Invert assembly, and shrimp mold should slide out of mold onto plate.
