APPLE GLAZED PORK ROAST 
1 (5 lb.) pork loin roast
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
Marjoram
Apple jelly

Rub pork roast with clove of garlic. Place in Dutch oven pan; on top of stove, and brown on all sides over medium heat. Sprinkle browned roast with salt, pepper and marjoram. Cover it and cook for 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 185 degrees. Uncover; glaze roast with melted apple jelly.

Serves 6.
