PUMPKIN BAR 
2 c. pumpkin (or squash)
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs. Mix dry ingredients together and add to liquids. Mix well. Pour into lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool and frost.

ICING FOR BARS:

1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix cream cheese, milk, butter and vanilla; beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Frost and chill.
