SOUR CREAM AND ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 lg. carton sour cream
2 bottles marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. garlic and parsley
Salt

Finely chop onion and coarsely chop artichoke hearts (drained). Mix all ingredients and taste. Add more onion or garlic salt if needed. Triscuits are good with this dip. Serves 4. Can be doubled.
