SOUR CREAM - CREAM CHEESE DIP 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. dried beef, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine butter, pecans and salt. Toast 10 minutes in oven. Mix together cream cheese and milk. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with toasted pecans. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
