FRUIT PASTA SALAD | |
1 c. rosa marina macaroni, cooked 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 1 (4 oz.) Cool Whip 1 egg 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Reserve syrup of pineapple. In small saucepan, mixed together syrup, from pineapple, egg, flour, sugar, salt and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat and cool. Then mix with fruit and macaroni. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Fold in Cool Whip. Maraschino cherries or grapes also good in it. |
