CHICKEN PASTA SALAD WITH FRUIT 
3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked & chopped into bite-size pieces
2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. snow peas
3/4 c. chopped celery
7 oz. bok cheese ravioli, cooked & drained
16 oz. jar artichoke hearts with marinade
1/2 lg. cucumber, sliced
1/2 c. raisins
1 green onion, chopped
2 kiwi, peeled, sliced
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. lemon juice

Mix. Pour over all ingredients. Garnish with mandarin orange sections. This salad is best when allowed to set for several hours.
