CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM PASTA SALAD 
6 oz. thin spaghetti, broken into thirds
1 1/2 mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. cubed chicken
1 1/2 halved red or green grapes
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 (4 oz.) canned sliced mushrooms, drained

Cook spaghetti to desired doneness and rinse with cold water. Combine mayonnaise, dry mustard and salt. Stir in cooked spaghetti. Add chicken, celery, peppers, mushrooms and grapes. Cover and chill several hours. If desired, stir in mayonnaise before serving.

Makes about 9 cups.
