RED POTATO SALAD AND ASPARAGUS
TIPS
 
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. dill
2 c. mayonnaise
Pinch salt & pepper

SALAD INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs. red potatoes, cooked & sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 bunches asparagus tips (cooked with lemon juice)

Toss potatoes, onions and asparagus. Fold dressing in gently. Chill and serve.
