GLAZED STRAWBERRY MOLD 
1 (3 oz) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool slightly. Stir in sliced strawberries. Chill until syrup. Chill evaporated milk in freezer until soft crystals form around edges of tray. Whip milk until stiff. Add lemon juice; whip until stiff. Fold marshmallows, nuts, and whipped milk into Jello mixture. Spoon into mold. Chill until set (2-3 hours). Unmold.
